As a number of tenants have mentioned to me over the years, "I just want the landlord to be aware as it is their property after all".

If you don't keep up with regular maintenance, you may be subject to much larger bills in the future. 

Take resealing a bath for example; this would typically cost less than £100, however if you ignore the degraded silicone, the water will find its way through to the ceiling below. We have encountered many houses were this has been ignored and has resulted in having to re-plaster and decorate full ceilings.

Whilst the majority of maintenance is carried out in-house, we do work with other local trades. Where possible, we use self employed contractors or small businesses.
